Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use.
Returns are accepted only if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos.
